To provide a manufacturing method of a two-layer rubber sheet of which the rubber surface is prevented from roughening, by stacking a rubber corresponding to a compressed rubber layer and having short fibers oriented in a prescribed direction and an adhesive rubber not containing the short fibers, and by extruding them smoothly, and which can be molded at a low cost by lessening the number of manufacturing processes, and can be used for a transmission belt.
This manufacturing method is for the two-layer rubber sheet 20 corresponding to the compressed rubber and the adhesive rubber of the transmission belt. A tubular molding 17 of two layers formed by stacking a short fiber containing rubber 15 on the interior side and the adhesive rubber 16 on the exterior side is extruded from an extension die 5 of which the diameter is extended gradually from the entrance toward the discharge opening. This tubular molding 17 is cut open linearly to be made the two-layer rubber sheet 20 of the short fiber orientation rubber 15 with the adhesive rubber 16 stacked thereon.
