(a) A belt molding body 49 is arranged in such a manner that a first rubber layer 53 may be confronted with a forming section 9, and a second rubber layer 54 may be confronted with a bladder 3. (b) A fluid is driven into the bladder 3 while suppressing the vulcanization of the second rubber layer 54, and the first rubber layer 53 is pressed to the forming section 9, and a rib section 52 is formed on the first rubber layer 53 and is vulcanized. (c) The belt molding body 49 is taken out of a belt molding apparatus 100, and reversed, and the belt molding body 49 is arranged in such a manner that the second rubber layer 54 may be confronted with the forming section 9, and the first rubber layer 53 may be confronted with the bladder 3. (d) The fluid is driven into the bladder 3, and the second rubber layer 54 is pressed to the forming section 9, and the rib section 52 is formed on the second rubber layer 54, and at the same time, is vulcanized.
