Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dry combustible material that can enhance a rate of drying a combustible material by a simple process, and a dry combustible material manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a dry combustible material 31 includes a mixing step S1 and a drying step S3. In the mixing step S1, a mixture 3 is formed by mixing many granules 10 composed of wet combustible materials and a dehydration treatment liquid 2 composed of an emulsion containing a synthetic resin, and the surface of the granules in the mixture 3 is brought into contact with the dehydration treatment liquid 2. In the drying step S3, the dehydration treatment liquid 2 is dried to form a synthetic resin film 21 on the surface of the granules 10 and moisture of the granules 10 is evaporated by means of drying the mixture 3. Further in the drying step S3, coated granules 310 composed of the granules 10 having a moisture content reduced and the synthetic resin film 21 covering the surface of the granules 10 is formed to obtain the dry combustible material 31 composed of the coated granules 310.
