Abstract:

To provide a soft magnetic dust core with high density and high characteristics.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: In a manufacturing method of a dust core, an Fe-B-Si-PC-Cu-based magnetic powder having first crystallization start temperature Tx1 and second crystallization start temperature Tx2 and insulation powder having a glass transition temperature Tg and constituting a coating film to be formed on the surface of the powder are prepared, and the magnetic powder and the insulating powder satisfy Tx1-Tg≥5°C. The mixture of the magnetic powder and the insulating powder is heated with a molding pressure applied to form the coating film on the surface of the magnetic powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
