Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an elbow joint having a cladding layer of welding in the inner surface, simplifying the manufacturing process and facilitating the forming wok of a cladding layer of welding with thickness of the formed cladding layer of welding and its properties becoming uniform in an entire inner surface, and its characteristics improved.
SOLUTION: After the cladding layer 3 of welding is formed in an inner surface of a pipe stock 1 by TIG welding, the elbow joint 5 is provided so that hot bending and forming is performed on the pipe stock 1.
