Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a jaw member for an electric surgical instrument.SOLUTION: A jaw member of an electric surgical instrument is manufactured with a jaw housing 1 having a jaw section in a longitudinal direction and a step for providing an electric conductive plate 11 including one or more passages. The electric conductive plate is arranged in the jaw section of the jaw housing and placed in a frame. An insulation material 18 having fluidity is injected into the frame so as to flow the one or more passages to form one or more stop members 21 that protrude from the electric conductive plate by a predetermined distance, and the electric conductive plate is fixed to the jaw housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
