Abstract:
To provide a coating material that the thickness of the coat can be measured with high accuracy, and to provide a manufacturing method of cable with terminal using the coating material.SOLUTION: Lead wire 13 exposed from a coated part 15 is covered with a coating material 17. The coating material 17 functions as an anticorrosion material and forms anticorrosion structure by applying to cable with terminal that is target member of anticorrosion and hardening. A photoresponsive initiator is added to the resin which is the basic material of the coating material 17. The extinction coefficient in wavelength 365 nm of the photoresponsive initiator is not less than 80 ml/g cm in MeOH. The photoresponsive initiator is added with addition amount not more than 3 mass% for the resin which is the basic material of the coating material 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
