Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical contact having no oxide thin layer and flat conjugate face and capable of extending life by enhancement of erosion resistance performance more than conventional ones, caused by reducing peeling erosion.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an electrical contact including forming an internal oxidation layer on one surface of an internal oxidizing alloy and a non-oxidation layer on a surface in an opposite side to and adjacent to the internal oxide layer by forming an oxide coated film on one surface of the internal oxide alloy containing Sn and In of total 3 to 14 mass%, at least one kind selected from a group of Zn, Cu, Sb, Ni, Bi, Co and Fe of total 1 to 4 mass%, and the balance Ag with inevitable impurities, conducting an internal oxidation treatment on the internal oxidizing alloy, and removing the oxide coated film after the internal oxidation treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
