The manufacturing method of an electrode active material includes a process manufacturing solution with a precursor which can simultaneously exchange cations and reform a surface, dissolved into water, a process manufacturing mixed solution by mixing and dissolving a raw material of an electrode active material in solution in accordance with a composition ratio of a final electrode active material composition, a process removing a solvent in the mixed solution and forming a solid dried object, a process having the solid dried object heat-treated, and a process pulverizing the heat-treated solid dried object.
