Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode alloy that achieves both low resistance and high capacity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode alloy includes a forming step of forming a coating on the surface of a hydrogen storage alloy by a ternary sputtering method using a first target made of Ni, a second target made of Si, and a third target made of Ni under an argon atmosphere, an immersion step of immersing the hydrogen storage alloy in a 35 wt% to 48 wt% KOH aqueous solution after the forming step, and a heat treatment step of heat-treating the hydrogen storage alloy at a temperature of 700°C to 1100°C after the immersion step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
