To make precise position alignment of 3 axes directions of a 1st grid and a cathode highly, for example, regarding a manufacturing method of an electron gun with which a neck part of a cathode-ray tube is equipped.
In the position alignment work with the 1st grid 11 and the cathode of the electron gun, after removing the energization power of the direction of Z-axis to the 1st grid 11 by an energizing-power removal means 21, the position alignment of the relative direction of the XY-axis of the cathode and the 1st grid is performed.
