Abstract:
To solve the problem in which a conventional core cannot obtain shape accuracy of a base material of an endless belt shape and rigidity against external force applied due to a lamination layer formation process, with respect to a change in the diameter of the base material of the endless belt shape when a resin layer is formed on the periphery of this base material.
A resin layer is formed on the periphery of the base material of the endless belt shape by use of a division core holding first and second core members with tapering peripheries, whose respective outside diameters change gently, by inserting the members into a base material of an endless belt shape and connecting to hold them.
