Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an endless belt suppressing generation of swelling at a terminal in an application initiation side.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an endless belt having an application process for, when discharging a resin solution from a solution discharging means to an outer peripheral face of a core body with rotating the cylindrical or columnar core body 30 in a circumferential direction so that an axis direction of the core body is along a horizontal direction and applying it to the outer peripheral face of the core body from a terminal part to another terminal part of the core body, forming a coated film 62 on the outer peripheral surface of the core body so that film thickness of at least a part of a non-product part of the endless belt at application initiation side of the resin solution is 30% or less of the film thickness of a product part, a heating process of heating and curing a coated film formed on the outer peripheral face of the core body to prepare the endless belt, a separation process of separating the core body and the endless belt and a cutting process of cutting the non-product part on both terminals of the endless belt separated from the core body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
