Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and simply manufacture a high precision endless toothed belt of a continuous length which is suited for long distance conveyance between two spindles and has an optional seamless circumferential length.
SOLUTION: A cable conductor alignment means 10 is arranged, in a freely intervening manner, between a pair of toothed molding wheels 2 and after spinning, the cable conductor 1c is inserted and aligned through the teeth of a comb of the cable conductor alignment means 10 and initially aligned prior to the start of a molding process. Further, the paired toothed molding wheels 2a and 2b are independently rotated at the same peripheral velocity. Until the tips 15 of the toothed belt 1 formed along the cable conductor 1c reach the second toothed molding wheel 2b, the tips 15 and the teeth of the molding wheels 2a and 2b are engaged with each other, making a round, while the tooth profile phase is adjusted. Thus, the cable conductor 1c is aligned and guided until the foremost end part of the toothed belt 1 reaches a place just before the alignment means 10.
