To provide a manufacturing method of a panel which is comprised of inorganic materials, prevents strength reduction, deformation and weight increase caused by water absorption or air temperature fluctuation, improves workability in nailing or the like, further is lightweight and excellent handleability, has a high strength and excellent durability, can be repeatedly used as a concrete frame panel, can be used as building material such as floor material, wall material, ceiling material, partition and the like of a building, and is replaceable with a plywood.
According to a manufacturing method of a construction/civil engineering panel, a kneaded product obtained by kneading foam resulting from prefoaming cement, water, reinforced fibers and foaming agent fills inside a sealed cement molding die and is cured and solidified. A porous molding is obtained which contains the reinforced fibers and foam in a distributed state, in which the reinforced fibers are blended in 0.5 to 3 wt.% with respect to cement in 100 wt.% and of which the specific gravity is settled within a range of 0.6 to 0.9, and thereafter, the porous molding is sliced, and a panel body is produced.
