To provide a manufacturing method for an external heat insulating PC concrete plate capable of simply and continuously manufacturing an external heat insulating PC concrete plate constructed in a job site only by sticking to an existing wall so as to shorten the term of construction work.
According to the manufacturing method, a process of laying a glass fiber mesh on one side surface of a flat plate-like thermal insulating material by applying a mortar adhesive, drying the same, and then applying a finishing material to the surface where the glass fiber mesh is laid to manufacture and external heat insulating member, and a process of bonding the previously manufactured precast concrete plate and the other side of the heat insulating material of the above external heat insulating member with the mortar adhesive are sequentially performed.
