PURPOSE: To quickly cope with demand by manufacturing separately an adhesive sheet constituted of an adhesive layer and stripping paper and the surface sheet constituted of a base sheet and a facing layer, preserving them and, at the same time, combining both of them in the case of shipping or execution.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive sheet constituted of an adhesive layer 11 and stripping paper 12 is wound on a roll with it's longer size, or it is cut off into a specific length to pile up, and an adhesive agnet is cured. The surface sheet constituted of a base sheet 2 of poly vinyl chloride and a facing layer 3 is wound on the roll as well as the adhesive sheet 1, or it is cut off into a specific length to keep. Decrease in adhesive strength to the preservation for a long period of time is prevented by combining both of them in the case of shipping or in the case of execution. According to the constitution, it can quickly cope with a large variety of demands in a small amount.
