Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening component showing superior heat radiation performance and anti-corrosion characteristic and hardly generating delayed fracture by hydrogen brittleness.SOLUTION: A fastening component 1 comprises a formed part in which a blank material is formed into a specified shape, a first covering layer 11 including zinc or zinc and nickel constituents formed at an outer periphery of the formed part, and a second covering layer 12 including tin or tin and zinc constituents formed at an outer periphery of the coated part including the first covering layer 11. In addition, a manufacturing process for the fastening component 1 comprises a forming step 20 for forming the formed part; a first plating step 40 for electrical zinc plating the formed part attained by the forming step; a baking step 50 for heating the coating formed part got at the first plating step 40 in a range of 190°C to 210°C for more than two hours; and a second plating step 60 for tin plating the coated formed part attained at the baking step 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
