Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of concrete achieving tensile strength of concrete without using steel bar, solving a problem of arrangement of a fiber material, which is a problem with conventional fiber reinforced concrete, capable of arranging the steel bar optionally even with a kind of concrete and capable of controlling strength depending on parts.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a fiber-made cell structure concrete including a process for forming a fiber-made cell structure by molding a three-dimensional (solid) fiber structure in a mold form, filling concrete in the mold form, solidifying the same together with the cell structure to prepare the fiber-made cell structure with a bar fiber structure of the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
