Abstract:

To provide a method for obtaining CFRP having excellent mechanical strength without performing complicated work using a multiple fabric well impregnated with a matrix resin in spite of a high fabric weight basis.

A plurality of single layer fabrics constituting the multiple fabric are mutually joined, bonded and compounded to be arranged in a multilayered state and the multiple fabric, which is integrally held by crossing a part of warp or weft yarns of one of the mutually opposed single fabrics and at least a part of the weft or warp yarns of the other one single fabric, is used in the production of the fiber reinforced resin composite material. Further, the multiple fabric is arranged in a mold to be impregnated with the matrix resin and the matrix resin is cured to manufacture the fiber reinforced resin composite material.
