Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for fiber reinforced resin parts which can be prevented from being affected by a creep phenomenon of resin and which is capable of suppressing loosening of fastening force with time, with excellent processing precision, at low cost with high productivity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for fiber reinforced resin parts includes a through hole forming step of forming a molded article precursor 2 formed with a through hole 21 and made of a sheet-like prepreg containing reinforcing fibers and a thermosetting matrix resin composition, a step of inserting a collar 3 through the through hole 22, and an integral molding step of molding the molded article precursor 2 and the collar 3 in an integrated manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
