Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a filament lamp which can form a reflective film regardless of the shape and size of an arc tube and have an improved yield.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a filament lamp includes a step (A) of preparing a tubular arc tube that is transparent to light, a step (B) of applying a reflective film material containing granules containing silica as a main component to a wall surface of the arc tube to form a coating film, a step (C) of drying the coating film, a step (D) of heating and sintering the coating film on the wall surface of the arc tube after the step (C), and a step (E) of heating a part of the coating film sintered on the wall surface of the arc tube at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of silica after the step (D).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
