To provide a manufacturing method for a filtering device for a blood treatment having a sufficient rupture resistance even when a high-frequency welding is performed so that sparks are hard to generate, and the stable productivity may be excellent even if a combination, of which the simultaneous melting is generally hard to occur, such as the combination of a sheet made of a flexible polyvinyl chloride and a non-woven fabric made of a polyester, is applied, and to provide the filtering device for the blood treatment.
This manufacturing method for a filtering device for blood treatment includes a process in which a subsidiary porous body 3 is arranged between a plastic sheet-form non-porous body 2 and a main porous body 4, and a first seal section 6 is formed by welding the laminated article with a high frequency. In this case, for the filtering device for blood treatment, an inlet 1 and an outlet 2 for the blood are isolated by the porous body. In the manufacturing method, for a part or the whole of the main porous body 4, a high dielectric constant porous body of which the surface is modified by a polymer material having a polar functional group, and of which the dielectric constant (ε) is 1.58 or higher is used.
