Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of fine particles with a uniform sub-micron size which is capable of continuously manufacturing the same with a small amount of a coagulation prevention agent even if it is used.

In the manufacturing method of organic fine particles, the method comprises steps of continuously depositing a fine particle 15 by mixing a good solvent solution 6 having the organic compound dissolved therein with a poor solvent 7 that can be infinitely diluted by a micro-reactor and obtaining the crystal of the organic compound by 14 irradiating the mixed solution including the produced deposition fine particles with a pulsed laser in the micro-reactor. The organic compound is a pharmacologically active material which is substantially insoluble in water. The crystal of the organic compound has a diameter of from 10 nanometers to 500 nanometers. It is better that the poor solvent is the same type as the good solvent and is a water diluted liquid, and that the pulsed laser to be irradiated has a wavelength of an infrared range.
