The method for preparing the finely ground rubber comprises the crushing step of crushing rubber chips into a coarsely crushed rubber by means of a crusher, the grinding step of grinding the coarsely crushed rubber into a finely ground rubber by means of a fine grinder, the separation step of forcibly separating particles each composed of joined finely ground rubber particles and contained in the finely ground rubber into individual finely ground particles by applying thereto an impact by means of a separator; the mixing step of mixing the finely ground rubber by means of a mixer while adding an antistick agent thereto; and the classification and recovery step of classifying (sorting) the antistick-agent-containing ground rubber into a finely ground rubber product of a specified particle diameter and the rest and recovering them.
