Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stable fire extinguishing agent suitable for mass production, having a high fire extinguishing performance which is sustainable for a long term storage.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fire extinguishing agent to be contained in extinguishing appliances includes the steps of: adding and dissolving sodium chloride in pure water; adding and dissolving diammonium phosphate; adding and dissolving sodium hydrogen carbonate; adding and dissolving urea; adding and dissolving ammonium sulfate; and further adding a surfactant. In parallel, the method includes the step of mixing the particles formed into an ultrafine size in the solution. The extinguishing agent is filled in a container which can be broken by an impact, for use as a filler of extinguishing appliances to be thrown to the origin of fire and to be broken for fire extinction. The extinguishing agent can be also used in a fire extinguisher and aerosol type extinguishing appliances.
