Abstract:
To improve the alignment accuracy of a head lamp unit fitted on the vehicle front.
When a front end module 10 is sub-assembled, the fitting position of head lamp units 7 are adjusted in an amount corresponding to that of the accuracy dispersion of the extremity position of side members 14 of the vehicle front 12, using a lamp fitting tool 23, and the head lamp unit 7 are fitted on a radiator core support member 1. As a result, the head lamp unit 7 can be arranged on the vehicle front in a regular fitting position, irrespective of the slant of the fitting position of the radiator core support member 1 due to the above accuracy dispersion.
