Abstract:
To provide a flavoring method (method for producing flavoring substance) which can impart unique flavor different from when a known flavor is used to a flavoring object, and can impart a new added value to a flavoring substance by unique flavoring.SOLUTION: Carrier gas G containing a flavor component 2 is introduced into a flavoring object 1, and thereby the flavoring object 1 is flavored. As the flavoring object 1, a food product, daily necessaries, liquefied gas, fibers, papers, medicines, resins, an anti-rust agent, an antibacterial/bactericidal agent, a pest control/repellent, a space/air-conditioning system, and the like are shown. Flavoring liquid different from a conventional liquid flavor can be produced by applying a solvent (liquid) used in a normal liquid flavor as the flavoring object 1. The flavoring liquid contains a flavoring component, and can be used as a liquid for food production and daily necessaries production.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
