To simplify the manufacturing process, raise the productivity by improving a work efficiency, and at the same time, reduce the manufacturing cost by performing a flocking simultaneously with the molding of a molded article, and in addition, cutting the bristle bundles at a specified length before the molded article is taken out from dies.
In dies 1a and 1b, long-sized bristle bundles 7 comprising 10 pieces or more of a chemical fiber are relatively movably inserted at ten or more locations. In a cavity 3 of the dies 1a and 1b, the tip end sections of the bristle bundles 7 are made to face, and a resin is filled into the cavity 3 of the closed dies 1a and 1b, and a molded article 11 is molded. The dies are released, and at the same time, while moving the bristle bundles 7 flocked on the molded article 11 to the dies, the molded article 11 is separated from the die 1a by a specified interval. The bristle bundles 7 are fixed so that the bristle bundles 7 do not move to the die 1a, and under this state, a section of the bristle bundle 7 between the die 1a and the molded article 11 is cut by a cutting means 15.
