Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of food capable of mixing 2 food raw materials having fluidity at good efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of food selected from a group consisting of cheese, cheese food, cheese-like food, whipped cream and butter-like food, in which a mixing process for filling 2 pumps with 2 food raw materials having fluidity respectively and transporting them, integrating the food raw material in one pump and the food raw material in another pump and mixing 2 food raw materials is conducted at least, in the mixing process, the food raw material transported by one pump is integrated with the food raw material transported by another pump, a part of pathway of one pump is inserted into the pathway of another pump, and 2 pumps are 2 different type of pumps selected from a group consisting of a piston pump, a plunger pump, a diaphragm pump, an uniaxial pump, a rotary pump, a vane pump, a siphon pump, and a peristaltic pump.SELECTED DRAWING: None
