To provide a manufacturing method for frothing hard polyurethane foam for enabling complete no use of fluorocarbon in foaming at production site by using the inactive gas compressed or liquefied as a foaming agent and as a fluorocarbon substitute and using the facilities conforming to the High Pressure Gas Safety Law and to provide an application method for a hard polyurethane foam thermal insulation layer.
In this manufacturing method for the frothing hard polyurethane foam, a foaming polyol composition containing the foaming agent and a polyisocyanate composition are mixed by a pouring or spraying device and are discharged, the foaming agent is the inactive gas, and the inactive gas is supplied at fixed flow rate by using a pressure reducing valve for reducing and adjusting pressure of the inactive gas and a needle valve for adjusting flow rate of the inactive gas and is mixed with a polyol composition fed volumetrically to obtain the foaming polyol compound.
