Abstract:
To provide a simple method for manufacturing a functional building member capable of displaying a sufficient photocatalytic function immediately after the start of a use even when the building member is used on the indoor side and displaying excellent antifouling properties, antibacterial properties and deodorizing properties.
A base material is coated with a coating agent containing a photocatalyst, and a film is formed. A moisture is added to the surface of the film, and the surface is irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
