Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gasoline base material which can decrease heating furnace fuel consumption without decreasing octane barrel of the gasoline base material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a reforming step of gaining catalytically reformed gasoline D which research octane number is 94-101 by catalytic reforming processing of naphtha A; a fractional distillation step of distilling the catalytically reformed gasoline and separating to a low boiling point fraction E which are composed primarily of saturated hydrocarbons that carbon number is 5, a middle boiling point fraction F which are composed primarily of benzene and saturated hydrocarbons that carbon number is 6 and 7, and a high boiling point fraction G which are composed primarily of aromatic hydrocarbons that carbon number is 7-10; and a mixing step of mixing the low boiling point fraction E and the high boiling point fraction G.
