Abstract:

To provide a method of easily and safely manufacturing a glass tube with its interior being coated, and a manufacturing unit.

This manufacturing method is a manufacturing method of a glass tube with its inner surface being coated, and has a step in which a melt glass (5) is drawn out to form a bag part (8) made of a softened glass, and a step in which the bag part (8) made of a softened glass is heated and formed into a glass tube (9). With the method, a specific injection substance is injected into the bag part (8) made of a softened glass, in this case the injection substance is injected in a form of an aerosol and the inner surface is coated with the injection substance during the heating for the formation of the bag. By this method, inner coating can be economically carried out utilizing the continuous drawing method.
