Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchange element and the heat exchange element manufactured by the method, capable of suppressing positional deviation in laminating unit constituent members of the heat exchange element.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat exchange element 6 has a first process for forming heat exchange element pieces 15 by forming a plurality of ribs 14 on one surface of heat transfer plates 13, a second process for forming a laminate 6a by alternately laminating the heat exchange element pieces 15 one by one and joining to each other, and a third process for forming an exhaust air channel and a supply air channel by crimping the laminate 6a in a lamination direction. In the first process, the ribs 14 are formed by using first ribs 14a constituting the exhaust air channel or the supply air channel, and second ribs 14b positioned at an outermost periphery of the ribs 14 and including a metallic core material 42, on one surface of the heat transfer plates 13. In the second process, a heat exchange element piece 15a in a state that magnetic force is applied to the metallic core material 42 from the external, is laminated and joined to a heat exchange element piece 15b of a previous layer, in laminating the heat exchange element pieces 15 one by one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
