To provide a manufacturing method facilitating the manufacturing of a heat insulating precast concrete panel on which hard cladding such as a stone, a tile and a metal panel are applied.
The production process comprises an operation to stack a heat insulating member 4 in a state that a shear connector 6 protrudes from a perforation and an air stratum 2 is formed of a step 8 between the back face of a hard cladding 5 and the heat insulating member 4 and an operation to unify the hard cladding 5, the heat insulating member 4 and a precast concrete panel A by applying a bar arrangement 9 and concrete on the heat insulating member: provided that in the heat insulating member 4, a plurality of sheets of hard claddings 5 are paved on a mold platen B in a state that the shear connector 6 is protruded from backside of them, perforations 7 are formed for respective positions on the hard claddings 5 corresponding to the shear connector 6 and the step 8 enclosing the circumference of the perforation is formed wherein the shear connector connects the hard claddings 5 and a precast concrete panel 1 as an anchor member.
