Abstract:
To provide a high-pressure tank manufacturing method which enables a winding position of a carbon fiber to be exactly measured, thereby enabling feeding of a defective high-pressure tank to a next step to be suppressed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank 10 includes a phase line acquisition step, a polarized image acquisition step, and a three-dimensional coordinate conversion step. In the phase line acquisition step, dot paper along an axis-S direction of a liner is pasted on a surface of a dome part 14, the pasted dot paper is imaged at each rotation of a prescribed angle θ, and a phase line of the surface of the dome part 14 is acquired on the basis of the captured image. In the polarized image acquisition step, a polarized image of a carbon fiber 16 which is wound at each rotation of the prescribed angle θ is acquired while being wound with the carbon fiber 16. In the three-dimensional coordinate conversion step, the carbon fiber which is wound on the basis of the polarized image of the carbon fiber 16 is extracted, and a cross point coordinate between the extracted carbon fiber and the acquired phase line is acquired, and converted to a three-dimensional coordinate on the surface of the dome part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
