Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow solid which can manufacture a hollow solid of a desired shape easily and which does not require a joint or a frame.SOLUTION: A covering material 101 made of thin paper 102 is covered along a frame mold 200 which is identical mapping with a desired hollow solid 100, and which is constituted by a hollow material which can form a corner part or styrene foam 201 which is a solid material. After completely drying the covering material 101, an organic solvent 400 is injected in the frame mold 200, and the styrene foam 201 which is the material of the frame mold 200 is dissolved by the organic solvent 400. The dissolved styrene foam 201 becomes extremely small styrol resin 202, and by taking it out of a small hole bored in the covering material 101, the frame mold 200 is made to disappear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
