Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hose with a core piece capable of obtaining the hose with the core piece excellent in durability and the hose with the core piece capable of serving as the hose with the core piece excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a hose with a core piece, which includes a corrugated tube and the core piece fixed onto an inner peripheral surface of an end part of the corrugated tube, comprises the steps of increasing a temperature of the core piece 1, and caulking the inner peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 2 with respect to an outer peripheral surface of the core piece 1 whose temperature has been increased. A hose 20 with the core piece includes the corrugated tube 2, and the core piece 1 with a heat source 4 fixed onto the inner peripheral surface 2f of the end part 2a of the corrugated tube 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
