The manufacturing method for hunger made of synthetic resin comprises a waste crushing step A in which a PET bottle 1 is thrown into a crushing machine 2 and is crushed to a flake-like form; a crushed piece washing step B in which crushed pieces 19 obtained by the waste crushing step A are placed in a water tank 21 and are washed; a dehydrating step C in which the crushed pieces 19 washed in the crushed piece washing step B are dehydrated by a moisture content removing means 25; a drying step D in which the crushed pieces 19 passed through the dehydrating step C are placed in a stirring device 26 and are completely dried utilizing a heating of a heating means 27 of which a temperature is adjustable while stirring the crushed pieces 19; a material feeding step E in which a material 40 obtained in the drying step D is thrown into a conveying device 41 and is fed to a hunger molding machine 50; and a final step in which the hunger made of synthetic resin is manufactured by the hunger molding machine 50.
