Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HYDROGEN GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022117539
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrogen generator which can easily perform work, in which an evaporator is formed between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder and an annular component is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder, at low costs.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a hydrogen generator in the disclosure, an evaporator is formed by an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder enclosing the inner cylinder, and a spiral body which is inserted into a space between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and defines a spiral passage, in which water supplied from the outside flows, between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. Further, an inner peripheral part of an annular component is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. The manufacturing method of the hydrogen generator includes: an outer cylinder expanding step where the outer cylinder is expanded with the annular component arranged at a predetermined position of the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder to fix the annular component to the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder; and an inner cylinder expanding step where the inner cylinder is expanded with the spiral body and the inner cylinder arranged at predetermined positions at the inner side of the outer cylinder after the outer cylinder expanding step to fix the spiral body to the space between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
