Abstract:
A first insulating film having ribs, which define a plurality of pixel regions and protrude upward, are formed on an element substrate. A second insulating film having an opening section positioned in each pixel region is formed to cover the first insulating film. Furthermore, a mask is arranged on the rib positioned on the first insulating film, and a light emitting material is deposited in the opening section through the mask.
