Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a forming die for an impeller by forming divided halves of an impeller for the inflowing side and for the outflowing side and uniting the two mutually in one body. CONSTITUTION:An impeller F is to be divided into two almost at a right angle to the axis direction and a half impeller 6 for the fluid inflowing side and another half impeller 8 for the outflowing side are to be formed into different forms using forming dies. After the half impeller 6 for the inflowing side and the half impeller 8 for the outflowing side are united mutually in one body, they are to be united to a ring member 13. Since the impeller is divided into two, it becomes easy to draw the impeller out form the forming die and the die can be made in a simplified structure.
