To prevent damage of a resin used for modularizing an induction heating coil even at high temperatures.
A coil is formed by winding a winding 2 around a bobbin 3 with first and second projections 3a and 3b each having spacer and positioning actions formed integrally therewith, and a coil unit 1 is formed by integrally molding the whole coil with a resin by setting the thickness of a bottom surface equal to the height of the first projection 3a. This induction heating coil is manufactured by applying and attaching an adhesive in a space between the coil unit 1 formed by inserting the second projections 3b into recessed parts 11 of a ferrite base 9 with a ferrite core mounted thereon, and the ferrite base 9. Since the coil unit 1 and the ferrite core can be surely positioned, the induction heating coil having constant quality can be manufactured, and damage such as generation of a crack in the resin can be prevented even when the induction heating coil is set at high temperatures.
