Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which a processing burr generated in forming a slot groove cannot interfere with a stator.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for induction machine includes: a process of molding an annular member (4) including a closed slot (5) close to an outer periphery of a rotor (2) and a counter-bore shape that is a depression (21) formed on the outer periphery of the rotor (2) so as to opposite to the closed slot (5), by punching out from an electromagnetic steel sheet by pressing; a process of molding a rotor core (3) by stacking a plurality of annular members (4) in the shaft direction, after the process of molding the annular members; a casting process of molding a conductor (7) in the closed slot (5) by placing the rotor core (3) in a mold before casting molten metal having fixed pressure into the mold; and a process of molding a slot groove (22) by machine work, after the casting process. The counter-bore shape is set so that the pressure of the molten metal does not break a member between the depression (21) and the closed slot (5).
