To provide a manufacturing method of an insulating sheet having relatively high heat conductivity and an insulating property.
The manufacturing method of the insulating sheet comprises a step of manufacturing a polymer sheet which comprises a polymer composition containing an inorganic filler 3 and a polymer ingredient 4 is molded in a sheet shape to form polymer sheets 2a and 2a', and a heat pressing step which comprises heat-pressing and laminating at least the two polymer sheets 2a and 2a' to a laminated layer 2c composed of at least the two polymer layers 2b and 2b' wherein the inorganic fillers 3 of the polymer layers 2b and 2b' are constituted in such a way as projecting the filler from the polymer layers 2b and 2b' in the polymer sheet-forming step by using the inorganic filler 3 having such a maximum particle diameter as higher than thicknesses of the polymer layers 2b and 2b' and the inorganic filler 3 is projected from the polymer layers 2b and 2b' and the inorganic filler 3 is inserted into the polymer layers 2b and 2b' forming the laminated layer 2c in the heat pressing step.
