To simplify burr removing work by a divided surface of a core, by miniaturizing a device by integrally casting collector parts 13 and 14 and a branch part 15.
A collector body 11 becoming an intake collector for a V-type 6-cylinder internal combustion engine, has the first and second collector parts 13 and 14 on both sides, and has the branch part 13 between both, and has a laterally extending a communicating tube 51 in a front end part. These members are integrally cast by using the core. The core is molded by being divided into three parts, and is joined in advance by an adhesive on the divided surface. Since a butterfly valve type opening-closing valve is arranged in left and right two places of the communicating tube 51, the divided surface of the core is set in response to a position of its valve element 55. When machining an inner peripheral surface contacting with the valve element 55 after casting, since a burr caused by the divided surface is also simultaneously removed, machining is not separately required.
