Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated shaped article constituted of two kinds of material, in which martensitic stainless steel material is three dimensionally shaped by being deposited and laminated using a metal wire, the method enabling hardness and hardness variation of a laminated shaped martensitic stainless steel to be satisfactorily held.SOLUTION: In three-dimensionally lamination-forming of an article by arc-welding, using a melting material made of a martensitic stainless steel wire, an inter-lamination interval during which an arbitrary layer of a laminated shaped layer 21 is laminated and then a layer on the arbitrary layer is laminated is set to be 60 seconds or less, and the arbitrary layer is cooled down to 900-300°C at a cooling speed of an average 1°C/s or higher, and then a laminated shaped layer 22 is three-dimensionally formed at head speeds of 5 mm/s-100 mm/s by arc welding using a melting material made of second materials so that the layer is adjacent to the already formed laminated shaped layer 21 and is cooled down to 500°C or lower at a cooling rate of over 20°C/s within 100 seconds after a site of the layer is molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
