PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a light emission element which can easily form an insulation layer of a predetermined form irrespective of a quality of a material of a substrate.
SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the light emission element equipped with a substrate 1, luminescence layers 5R, 5G, and 5B formed on the substrate 1, and the insulation layer 3 which divides each of the luminescence layers 5R, 5G, and 6B, the process which forms the insulation layer 4 by electronic photograph method is included.
