To provide a method for economically manufacturing a large-sized lightweight aerated concrete panel having no ageing irregularity or ageing cracking and having tobermorite high in crystallinity sufficiently formed thereto.
In the manufacturing method of the lightweight aerated concrete panel, a plurality of reinforcing rods are hung by rod pins to be laminated and arranged in a form in parallel to the base of the form, an aqueous raw material slurry based on a silicious raw material, a calcareous raw material and an aluminum powder is cast in the form to be brought to a semicured state to demold a semicured body and this semicured body is cut corresponding to a plurality of the reinforcing rods and aged in an autoclave to manufacture the lightweight aerated concrete panel in which the reinforcing rods are embedded. A block part with a thickness of at least 40 mm is provided over the range from the undersurface of the lowermost stage panel of the semicured body to the base of the form.
